All students from Prep to Year 6 attend Physical Education (PE) lessons. Our specialist PE teacher provide a comprehensive program of physical fitness and skills. They also organise our school sports programs with the assistance of other teachers with coaching qualifications and expertise.
Participation in all aspects of the physical education program is compulsory as it is a reportable curriculum area and important to the overall development of students. These activities are organised by our physical education teacher and supported by the classroom teachers.

Weir State School provides students with opportunities to be actively involved in Physical activity through multiple programs.
